It’s easy, just swipe and collect

The Kendal BID BOARD has authorised the continued support of SWIPII, Kendal’s very own loyalty card scheme. With over 17000 regular subscribers (that’s over half the population of kendal!) swiping away across 44 businesses- the proof of this fabulous marketing tool is in the pudding.

Case Study One: A cafe/ retail outlet in Kendal offered £5 off to its swipii customers if they spent over £25. 2473 emails were sent, 957 were opened (40% open rate) and 40 redemption’s of the offer. £1000 additional turnover was generated by this promotion

Case Study Two: A specialist retail outlet offered 10% off its adult colouring books. 197 emails were sent, 67 were opened and 20 people took up the offer. £160 additional turnover was generated by this offer.

Case Study Three: An established cafe offered double points to its swipii customers. 1338 emails were sent, 352 were opened and 98 people took up the offer. This offer generated £1740 of turnover.
