“Good afternoon Jan,

It was lovely to speak with you yesterday, can we book the guided tour of Kendal as we discussed with a small difference, we’d like to book it for Friday 24th September 2021, hopefully you will still be able to do this.

Thank you so much for meeting the coach and being so helpful to Clair last month, it just adds a little touch that you don’t get in very many places and we very much appreciate it.
